1. Do you sell products directly through this website?

No. Our website is designed to collect quote requests only. Once you submit your request, our team will prepare a personalised quote and send it to you.

2. How do I request a quote?

Simply browse our products, add the items you’re interested in to your quote list, and submit your details. Our team will then review your request and contact you with a tailored quote.

3. How long does it take to receive a quote?

We aim to respond to all quote requests within  1–2 business days. Complex or custom requests may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.

4. Can I buy online once I receive a quote?

Not directly through the website. If you wish to proceed with your order after receiving a quote, our team will provide you with payment and next-step instructions.

5. Do you require payment details when I request a quote?

No. We never collect or store payment details on this site. You’re only asked for basic contact information and details about the products you’re interested in.

6. What happens to my personal information?
